It really was a great find! The pages are so aged and yellow, they seem almost brittle.
Then there is an inscription. I love inscriptions.

That is very cool. I am actually resisting getting an ereader because I love paper books so much. You can’t keep an ebook until the pages are yellowed. The ereader itself will probably stop working after 5 years or so.
I love old books… And the inscriptions… Its fun to imagine the person who wrote it… Very nice!
