Talon By Julie Kagawa

I’ve been looking forward to reading this for a long while, especially as I love some of Julie Kagawa’s other books. (I say some, as I haven’t read them all yet.) While I did enjoy reading this book, I felt that it was rather slow to start and I couldn’t quite that into it. I really loved the concept of dragons being able to shift into human form, but for me I felt that some of the character felt a little flat. In all honesty, it could have been me and maybe I picked this book up at the wrong time. Either way, the book really picked up during the second half and I breezed through it in no time. I’m definitely still going to read Rogue, because I do want to know what happens to the characters. I would still recommend Talon and I absolutely recommend Julie Kagawa. Her books are very creative.

  1. Great review! What Kagawa book would you recommend that I read first? I haven’t read any of hers and I really want to!
